TWL demonstrated a network of 6 OMNI-HUB® units at the ESMCP demo day, arranged by Satellite Applications Catapult. The system, known as Omni-Hub.Net, maintained connectivity throughout with an ambulance in the Highlands of Scotland, a security system in Leicester, a moving vehicle in and around Oxfordshire, an intersection in Iowa, USA, a mini-Hub in a back pack at Harwell and an ambulance at Harwell. We were able to demonstrate:

• Secure 2-way push to talk (PTT)
• A networked solution
• High resolution video on the move
• The transmission of ultra sound images from the Highlands
• Client interfaces through smart phones and tablets, with remote operation from tablet
• GPS mapping of all Hubs in a control centre
• Flexibility connectivity
