Following TWL's winning last year's Innovation Award TWL has been shortlisted for the 2016 Innovation Collaboration category. This is for the RAPID project (Reducing Amputation in People with Diabetes), alongside the University of the Highlands and Islands and NHS Highland.

Peter Morton, Tactical Wireless Ltd’s Chairman, said “Given the support from HIE and the cooperation with UHI and NHS Highland, it was an honour to be selected to provide technology that can and will provide the opportunity to support home consultations for patients suffering from diabetic ulcers and potentially other chronic illnesses, who live in remote and poorly connected rural areas of Scotland.”

The Awards ceremony is on the 4th February 2016, in Edinburgh.
