TWL has provided a networked communications solution to a UK police force.
Given the increased use of drones by law enforcement, TWL’s Omni-Route® Plus range can be used to manage video from the drone ground station. Omni-Serve® feeds an ONVIF stream over Omni-Hub.Net and a Crossfire Server, located anywhere in the network can read the ONVIF stream and remotely manage the stream, via 4 pre-sets, designed to cater for differing network connectivity.
The OMNI range can be used in many Military and Policing scenarios. These include:
- Vehicle hot spot
- Covert surveillance
- Relay from Drones
- Automatic Number Plate Recognition
- Speed and Junction cameras
TWL can add FIPS 140-2 if required.
